Self Pulse Instruction - Pulse Diagnosis for Self Healing

Nadi Vigyan is the ancient science of feeling the pulse to understand and heal the emotions, mind and body at its very source. One can even touch one’s soul through this simple technque. I was first introduced to Nadi Vigyan - learning to take the pulse for self healing in 1991 in Holland with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi on a small Ayurveda course. I fell inlove with profound depth of information and ability to heal with one’s self referral attention. Many years later, I had an opportunity to study pulse two Ayurveda teachers, Vaidya Ramakant Mishra and Dr. Raju which deepened the experience. Studying pulse is a life time research into the depths of the many layers of one’s physiology and subtle body. Pulse reading instruction can be shared one to one or in a small group either in person or online. It’s starts with the basic instruction on the superficial layer with both knowledge and mostly experience. Here is the sequence of learning. Classes are based on your experience but there is a sequence of how the knowledge unfolds. The purpose of this instruction is for self healing and balance. Once you know your own pulse then you can begin to practice on others. The more you practice on your own pulse the better you will become at understanding what is happening with the elements and changes in your physiology. This is not a course to teach you how to read other people’s pulses, but more of a technique to be self referral for your own balance and health. Over time with practice, than it can expand to practicing on others pulses.

Classes are between 45 minutes to 1 hour. One may choose to purchase one to one sessions to learn pulse for $125 or pay for the 10 classes in full for $549. Class 1. Introduction to Nadi Vigyan - Self Pulse Reading , learning to find and feel your pulse on the surface level. Review of the 5 Elements and the Doshas.

In between class, you will be requested to feel your pulse several times per day for one to three minutes.

Class 2. Pulse Experience and understanding the 20 Gunas of nature, the healing power of attention, how pulse corrects the health with attention. Gandharva Music and the pulse experiment in class.

Class 3. The Deep Pulse - Feeling a deeper level of pulse and integrating your experience. Review of the 20 Gunas and how those qualities can be felt in the pulse.

Class 4. Understanding how the planets can be felt in the pulse. The universe is inside of you.

Class 5. Feeling imbalances in the pulse and the subdoshas.

Class 6. Locating the subdoshas in Vata

Class 7. Locating the subdoshas in Pitta

Class 8. Locating the subdoshas in Kapha

Class 9. Understanding Agni, Ama and Ojas

Class 10: Remedies and Conclusion
